Shipping policy

All orders are shipped the same day if received before 11am Mon-Fri

Most orders arrive within 4 working days but during peak times such as Christmas, it can be longer. 

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Should any damage be incurred please notify us within 24hrs of receipt along with photographic evidence so that we can make things right.

Should your item be retuned to us due to non collection, a refund will be processed for the item minus original shipping charge and a 50% restocking fee.
